The Triple Pleat Blouse is one of Levi’s® oldest and earliest denim jacket styles from the late 1800’s. The original archival jacket that this reproduction is based on was worn by a miner, showing wear and abrasion from operating heavy machinery and carts. One unique feature of this jacket is the vertical grain of the fabric that separates it from the horizontal grain of its successors.

The Triple Pleat Blouse derives its name from the three pleats that run on either side of the center front. It features two hand pockets with rounded bottoms and sewn-on metal branded buttons.
