Return Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund. Jeffrey Mark accepts online returns of non-sale, non-vintage, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached and all original packaging within 10 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees, when applicable, are non-refundable. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. For more information, please contact our customer service department.
How to Return
Our return process is convenient and easy.
• To ensure we receive your return properly, include your original order receipt inside your return package; indicating the enclosed item(s) and the reason for your return. Please be sure all tags and original packaging are included.

We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package and that you insure your package for the full value of your return. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer - Jeffrey Mark is not responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
Return Notifications
Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order.
Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank and/or method of payment).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, we do accept international orders.
Do you need to ship your order to an address outside of the United States? Do you have a verified PayPal account and shipping address?
JeffreyMark.com accepts International payments exclusively through PayPal. All international orders will ship to the address associated to each individual account~we are unable to process shipments to third party, non-verified address outside the US.
International shipping is available through USPS Express International, USPS Priority International, or DHL. Shipping methods and individual rates are indicated at checkout.
How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used uniformly by all countries. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. Jeffrey Mark, LLC assumes no responsibility for any import taxes, duty charges, tariffs, added tax, or VAT that may be due upon delivery. Any/All such fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local Customs authorities in order to determine applicable import fees and/or taxes prior to completing your purchase.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipping to California.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are exclusively processed through PayPal, hence any method of payment must first be setup within your individual PayPal account.
When You Are Charged
If you pay for your order with a credit card on the web site, we charge you for all items as soon as your order ships. You will not be charged for items that are "on order" until we ship them to you.

As designers, we regularly refer to the old (vintage) as inspiration in conceptualizing the new. Vintage belts, buckles, and aged leather artifacts of all kinds are always our radar screen throughout our travels. That being said, it is extremely rare to come by an original vintage belt buckle and matching vintage leather strap in any condition, let alone one that is wearable. Even rarer to find sizes that accomodate anything larger than a 27-30 inch waist. The belt featured here is truly one-of-kind, and something we have NEVER come across in our 25+ years of travel. It was a worthwhile struggle purchasing it from a vendor in Paris' Flea Market district who had no interest in selling.
